1. Return Eligibility

2. Return Request Process
Contact us before sending an item back. Include your order number, the product concerned, the reason for the return, and photographs where relevant. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization. Do not send products to an address other than the one provided in our return instructions.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 2-3 Days.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless another method is permitted or agreed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
